Channel Partnerships Manager
We’re looking for experienced account executives and partnerships managers to join our Channel Partnerships team. You will drive business growth by building relationships with benefits consultants and brokerage firms, articulating the value of Amino for their clients and creating new business opportunities as a result.
As a partner to brokers and benefits consultants, you are able to understand the diverse challenges of benefits leaders across the country. You are a creative thinker, tenacious, and thrive in high-touch relationship building roles. You will become an expert in how our product reduces healthcare costs for employers and their employees.
As a Channel Partnerships Manager at Amino, you will be building relationships with consultants, brokers, TPAs and other channel partners to create new business opportunities for Amino. You’ll work with partners to bring Amino into new employers, creating referral opportunities and strategic partnerships. You’ll spend time on the phone, in person, and on the road to ensure the viability of our partner network.

We expect to see:
- 8-10 years in a partnerships, BD, account executive or sales role
- Deep benefits expertise-- ideally, experience at a brokerage firm or benefits consultancy
- Palpable passion for Amino and the problem we’re solving
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally
- “Hunter” mentality-- the competitive drive to surpass sales goals
- Demonstrated thought leadership
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, Texas
