Sales Development Representative
We’re looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business insight and natural sales instincts to join our small and growing team. You will drive business growth through prospecting employers and articulating the value of Amino for their companies. As a Sales Development Representative, you will work strategically with our Sales & Marketing teams to find new employers that could benefit from Amino’s transparency and HSA products.
As the first line of contact, you are able to understand the diverse challenges of benefits leaders. You are quick on your feet, tenacious, and possess grit to overcome objections. You will become an expert in how our product reduces healthcare costs for employers and their employees. You will use your convincing personality and passion for winning to raise the bar of success, documenting and tracking qualified opportunities to pass onto the Sales and Partnerships team.
As a Sales Development Representative at Amino, you will be managing the inbound lead activity, qualifying potential customers, and developing opportunities with prospective customers. You’ll be responsible for prospecting into cold accounts and will also have the opportunity to meet with prospects in person at events across the country. You will be a key player in helping manage the top of the funnel sales process. In many ways, you have the opportunity to shape the future of this function at Amino and will receive extensive training and support to ensure your success.

We expect to see:
- 1-3 years in a qualifying or prospecting role
- Excellent communication skills internally and externally

- No reservations communicating over the phone
- Passionate, curious, and open-minded
- Bachelor’s degree
